Ski Master
We went up to the mountain yesterday and I had a great time. The sledding was too dangerous (Daddy tried to convince me it was safe, but I didn’t believe him), so I skied on my clown skis instead. The snow was great for skiing, and I skied up and down the hill. Daddy held my hand, but that was it! I even got a little speed going, and that was fun.
Speaking of speed, I got in my sled and Scout pulled Daddy and I like a crazy dog through the Lodgepole Pines and sledders and downhills! We only rolled the sled once—like in Snow Buddies.
Daddy and Mommy and I also messed around in the snow. I love messing around.
Oh, I found a treasure in the snow. Hand sanitizer. A useful treasure.
School is going OK. I have mastered the binomial cube and now I am on to the trinomial cube. I also had a lesson on egg-cracking and one on hammering. I get very disappointed when things don’t go my way, though, and I just can’t help letting everyone know. This causes some disruptions in class and alone-time for me. In Montessori terms, I am a “Not Yet Peaceful Child.”
What else? I have had a cold for like forever. I like long hair but not combing the knots out of it. I am getting to be a better swimmer, and I love swimming with friends. Oh, and I like my babysitters Anita and Miss KC—I’m like: “See you later, Mom and Dad!”
