Christmas is coming!
I’m sure you noticed from my last post that I’m excited about Christmas. One sign that Christmas is coming is that we took a ride on the “Old Fashioned Train” and I got to see Santa! That’s always a sure sign that Christmas will be soon.
We also picked out a tree and decorated it. I picked out my favorite ornaments for a mini tree in my room too!
I know that snow doesn’t have to be around Christmas but our first family trip up to Trillium Lake skiing feels pretty festive to me! I skiied a tiny bit and then Daddy and Scout pulled me around the lake. I like going fast when Daddy is pulling me but I didn’t want to go fast on my own skis. It was pretty crunchy snow – maybe I’ll like going fast when the snow is soft! The best part of our ski trip was playing in the parking lot with the kids that were parked next to us. We just messed around and hung out. It was great!
